Services

Residential Resource, Inc. provides management services beyond expectations.  As a full-service residential property management company, we will:

  • Meet with owners to discuss management services and complete agreement forms.
  • Advertise the property to prospective tenants.
  • Receive inquiries and show property to potential tenants.
  • Screen tenants with credit and criminal checks, landlord and employment verifications.
  • Collect deposits and monthly rent in a timely manner.
  • Pay rent proceeds to the owner by the 10th day of the month.
  • File General Excise Tax for owners on a regular basis.
  • Pay mortgage and/or maintenance fees as needed.
  • Provide a detailed monthly statement of all income and expenses to owners.
  • Inspect the property twice a year to verify the property's condition and to insure that tenants are abiding by the terms of the rental contract.
  • Prepare IRS Form 1099 for the owner and state and federal agencies.
  • Provide quick responses to tenant calls.
  • Secure and oversee vendors for repairs and maintenance as needed.
  • Conduct move-out inspections with vacating tenants.
